Iv'e signed up, how long will it take to receive my Consultant package?

 

Once payment is accepted, you will then get a scheduled consultation. During this time we will find more information about our new consultant, and you will choose items for your Trinity Rose Travel Trunk. Once shipped you will receive your items within 5-7 business days.

Has my order been sent yet ?

 

As soon as the consultation has been done. Please allow 1 -2 weeks for your Trinity Rose Travel Trunk to be sent.

Can you give me more information about this opportunity?

 

This is a great opportunity for anyone who has children! Whether your a Stay at Home mom or dad, or you work a full/part- time job, and need extra income. Please email us with any specific questions not addressed here.

Can I track my order ?

 

 Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation number from FedEx that will allow you to track your shipment. This will let you know the expected time and date of your delivery..

Part of my order is missing

 

 If at anytime part of your order is missing, please contact us. We will then take the necessary steps to ship you, your missing items.

Which methods of payments can I use?

 

We accept Credit/Debit cards, *Money Orders, and *Walmart to Walmart Money transfers (*please contact us for an invoice).

Is it safe to order online?

 

Yes, it is safe to order online. Trinity Rose will keep all information confidential.

You’ve sent me the wrong items

 

 If at anytime you receive the wrong items, the first step is to contact us. We will pay for the shipping cost to send the Trinity Rose Travel Trunk back to us. In order to receive a new shipment with the right items, it is very important that you send ALL of the items back to us. We will then resend the Travel Trunk with your rightful items.

I forgot to use my Consultant's code.

 

For registered customers: Forgot your Twin-tique Consultant's code? No problem, just contact us with their name and we will apply it to your order.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?

 

On the website you can choose your shipping fee. We have Standard, 2-Day, or Next Day Air shipping available. Standard shipping is 3-5 days.
